2005:
We are always interested in learning more so if you have other
books, or information, websites to recommend email us.
This list
is taken from the labels I prepared for my herb containers and
will change and grow as I learn more!
Below
is what I use, but I am not an expert, I have learned by
doing my own research and listening to my heart, so do not use
any of these herbs, or advice you read on my or anyone elses
word.
You must take responsibility for your animals and family, so
you must do your own research.

understand the constant research and care I put into raising my

Slippery Elm Bark (Ulmus rubra) is a soothing nutritive demulcent
which is perfectly suited for sensitive or inflamed mucous membrane
linings in the digestive system. Slippery Elm Bark is used in
the treatment of gastritis, gastric or duodenal ulcer, enteritis,
colitis and the like. It is often used as a food during convalescence
as it is gentle and easily assimilated.
In diarrhea, slippery elm bark will soothe and astringe at the
same time. I have also read it is an equalizer, can used for diarrhea
and constipation.
