Deposit Contract on Great Pyrenees Livestock Guardian:

On this date __________, I (please Print): ______________________________________, am placing a deposit for the purchase of a Great Pyrenees from Company Name, City, State, Zip Code, Your Name.

I understand and agree to the following:

I am placing a $150.00 deposit per Great Pyrenees and this deposit is non-refundable should I change my mind.
I have contacted Company Name regarding this Great Pyrenees:

Full purchase price and Neuter/Spay agreement is due by the time the puppy is 8 weeks. Puppies are usually ready to go at 6 weeks.
Puppy care for is $2 a day / $60.00 a month for each puppy reserved past 8 weeks. If I am unable to take possession of the puppy or wish to board the puppy, I must getting approval prior to 8 weeks.
If I wish to leave the puppy past 8 weeks, I understand I will be responsible for any additional vet costs which may be incurred. The boarding period will not extend past 4 months of age; at which time if the puppy is still in the care of Company Name the ownership will revert to Company Name and any monies paid will be forfeit.
The deposit is refundable if a Great Pyrenees Puppy is not available.
The deposit is applied towards the purchase price.
The buyer is responsible for all transportation costs; including kennel, airfare, all necessary traveling papers, and any other costs incurred.
